Royce Montgomery, Professor, Ph.D., West Virginia University

Dr. Montgomery is presently course director of Anatomy 102, 41, and 191; Neuroanatomy 193 and Gross Anatomy 207. His teaching areas include both Gross Anatomy and Neuroanatomy to medical, dental and Allied Health students. He also teaches anatomy to the Medical Educational Developmental (MED) students. He has won nine distinguished faculty and teaching awards in both the Medical and Dental School. He was awarded the Richard F. Hunt Memorial Excellence in teaching award. He is author of ten scholarly textbooks and laboratory manuals.

Research Interests

My current research interests include circummammary ligament. I also have an interest and have published a paper entitled Endoscopic Surgery using Balloon Dissecting Techniques. Both of my research interests are in the area of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
